  • Design plans and support execution of disciplined organization or transaction change strategies to address agency specific needs.
  • Design and maintain metrics to assist executives in setting a successful course for change, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Identify the drivers of organizational performance and run predictive modeling scenarios to test different paths and actions, along with impact analysis of potential results.
  • Design stakeholder maps and engagement strategies as needed to advise senior leadership on the impact of changes to external stakeholders
  • Provide support to business process reviews and prepare recommendations for business process improvement to enhance agency efficiency and effectiveness in meeting mission requirements.
  • Perform analysis and make recommendations to address organizational development needs.
  • Assist with strategic plan implementation and performance goal tracking.
  • Provide support to establish the agency mission and requirements
